An Observation's FeatureOfInterest can be the Location of the SensorThing. For example, the FeatureOfInterest of a wifi-connected temperature sensor can be the Location of the sensor (i.e., the room where the sensor is located in). In the case of remote sensing, the FeatureOfInterest can be the geographical area or volume that is being sensed.
